Neurodiversity is the concept that the human brain is diverse and that neurological differences, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Tourette’s syndrome, are normal variations rather than deficits. The neurodiversity movement advocates for the acceptance and inclusion of all people, regardless of their neurological differences.
The Vision
To create a space for all considered 'on the spectrum'. To develop an understanding that 'typical' and 'normal' do not apply to everyone. To create a space where being different is not considered a disadvantage.
ABOUT US
The Foundation was set up to show how the power of neurodiversity and 'thinking differently' can change the world. It aims to highlight how those 'on the spectrum' can and do add value to our lives and to provide support for organisations that work with these groups. Above all, we are about diversity and inclusion.
